About Si-Des Meet
Private, multilingual video meetings that work on any device and any connection, with an AI assistant when you want one.
Our mission
We want good video meetings to be available to everyone: on any device, in any language, over a weak connection, and without having to give up privacy. That is why encryption, accessibility and low-bandwidth modes are part of the product, not paid extras.
Si-Des Tech is a software studio created and led by Honore Peter Joy Ndayishimiye, a software engineer and senior business analyst based in Kigali, Rwanda. Si-Des Meet is one of its products (alongside Si-des Auth, the single sign-on service that protects your account).
It combines high-quality video with the tools real meetings need — chat, Q&A, polls, breakout rooms, whiteboard, recording, geofenced access and shared mini-games — and an optional AI participant that can answer questions, describe a shared screen and write meeting minutes.
What makes it different
Verifiable privacy
End-to-end encrypted meetings with a safety code you can compare out loud, no ads and no tracking cookies.
Works where people are
Web, Windows, macOS and Android (iOS is planned), with audio-first and data-saver modes for weak connections.
Speaks your language
An interface in English, French, Spanish and Kinyarwanda, more on the way, plus live captions and translated chat.
An AI assistant that keeps working
It falls back across several model providers, so it keeps answering when free-tier quotas run out.
Yours to host
Run it on your own infrastructure; the Android app can point to your server.
Built on open standards
WebRTC and LiveKit for media, OpenID Connect for sign-in, OpenAI-compatible APIs for AI.

Simple first
Start a meeting in two clicks. Every extra feature has to earn its place on the screen.
Open to everyone
Guests can join without an account. The interface works with a keyboard, a screen reader, low bandwidth and small screens.
Private by design
End-to-end encryption on request, scoped passcodes, no ads, no tracking cookies, and meeting data cleared from your browser when you leave.
Built on open standards
WebRTC for media, OpenID Connect for sign-in, OpenAI-compatible APIs for AI — so no single vendor holds the platform hostage.
